Yearlong Flexible Program

 The Yearlong Flexible Program at Liberty Crest Academy is the premier choice for families whose students have highly demanding, non-traditional schedules. This program is specifically designed to support competitive athletes, professional performers, and students with unique family or travel commitments who require maximum control over their academic timeline. 

• Year-Round Rolling Enrollment: Students are not bound by a fixed start date. They can enroll and begin their studies at any time of the year—whenever their current schedule allows.

• 12-Month Completion Window: Once enrolled, the student has a full 12 calendar months to complete their coursework for the academic year. This extended timeline absorbs long training trips, competition seasons, performance runs, or necessary breaks without the student falling behind.

• Asynchronous Learning Model: This program primarily uses an asynchronous model. This means there are no required live class times that students must attend. All lectures, lessons, and assignments are available 24/7 via the Learning Management System (LMS), allowing the student to study when they are most alert, whether that's early morning, late evening, or during travel downtime.

• Customized Learning Plan: Upon enrollment, an Academic Advisor works with the student and parent to create a Personalized Education Plan (PEP). This plan maps out their curriculum around their known commitments (e.g., practice times, tour dates, competition schedules) to ensure a balanced workload.

• Dedicated Academic Mentor: Every student is assigned a dedicated Academic Mentor. This mentor provides weekly check-ins to monitor pacing, adjust the learning schedule as needed, and ensure the student is maintaining progress toward their 12-month completion goal.

• Access to Teachers: While classes are asynchronous, certified teachers are accessible through scheduled one-on-one appointments, email, and live chat to answer questions, provide feedback on projects, and offer targeted help.

• Accredited Curriculum: Students receive the same high-quality, accredited Core Knowledge and Project-Based Learning curriculum as our Full-Time Standard students, ensuring the education meets all national standards.

• NCAA Eligibility (Grades 9-12): Our high school courses are structured to meet the eligibility requirements for the NCAA (National Collegiate Athletic Association), a crucial detail for aspiring college athletes. Our academic mentors provide guidance to ensure athletes select the necessary core courses.

• College Preparation: This program fully prepares students for university admission, with transcripts documenting all required courses and grades, tailored to the student’s unique pace and schedule.
